How bad does one cancel+one absence look?

Canceled in Dec; signed up for Feb but not sure if I'm ready to take it, the deadline to postpone is today. Could just study up until the day of and leave if i'm not feeling it.
But how would adcomms view cancel+absence?

Sooner or later you're going to have to step up to the plate, son.
With that said, changing your registration date doesn't result in any recorded event on your profile, does it?
