While this information is easy to find, I'm simply going to guess.
California (they have around 60 total - including state approved)
New York (they have around 14)
Illinois (I have no clue)
Florida (they have around 12)
Texas (Probably around 10)
Virginia (No clue but they have 4 in the "top" 50 and around 8 in the top 100)

DC and surrounding area has a ton for how small it is- Gtown, GW, American, GMU, Catholic, UDC, UMD, Baltimore, and you can sort of consider UVA/W&M

Cali is definitely tops once you count all the state accredited schools. Ohio has way too many with nine.

As an OSU undergrad this is QFT
Seriously, the State of Ohio would not suffer if we left out Toledo, Akron, Ohio Northern, Cleveland State (???), Capital, and John Marshall. Ohio State and Cincy ftw....that is really all the state needs.

Who feels like calculating LS per capita?
The overall numbers really just mirror population, as is expected. I'm sure CA is still #1, though. Then again, it could be VT, if limited to ABA approved.

Ohio would be alright with four law schools. Ohio State, Cincy, Cleveland State, and Case. I really only include Case since it's private and seems to send as many of its grads outside the state as stays in. The rest should be killed with fire.
