if a school doesn't have a status checker and if a file is lsac compete then is it under review at some level at the school correct? the school would notify me if there is something missing right? I checked 23434324 times but just curious.

LSAC "complete" and "Under Review" are different things... LSAC Complete means all your documentation has been received by LSAC. The school will email you once they receive your application. But receipt of application is by no means "under review". I would call to see if the school got your info from LSAC.
