LOCI Situation

So I was waitlisted at Fordham, and I'm about to send in the WL response form letting the school know that I'd like to still be considered. I'd like to send an LOCI with the response form, but I sort of reached a dilemma while trying to write it. I submitted a specific and detailed "Why Fordham" statement with my application. That essay covered all the big reasons why I felt like the school and I were a great match. So for a LOCI, should I just rehash and reiterate the reasons from my LOCI? I can't really add anything new, because my big reasons were all in my "Why Fordham" statement. Wish I had saved that for later, because it obviously didn't help me with admission.

I was in the same sitch not too long ago at another school. I sent in the form and a brief letter saying basically i would absolutely go if accepted, which was/is true. I waited until a month or so later when I had a new job and a more impressive thing to add to my resume before sending a detailed LOCI, and during that time I added as many little softs as I could. HTH!

Hmm, I wish I could say I'd go no matter what if accepted. However, I know I wouldn't pay sticker price for Fordham. Lol sadly, I've been stuck at home searching for a job for the past few months. So the only softs I have added are "Went from beginner to intermediate at Modern Warfare 2" and "Started a crappy band with a few of my friends". Not exactly killer softs :) Oh well, guess I will just have to reinforce the reasons from my Why Fordham.

I just finished writing my Fordham LOCI, and was hoping that someone could perhaps take a look at it. I can certainly look over any PS, DS, or LOCI of yours in exchange. Thanks in advance.
