State Schools Limiting Out-Of-State Acceptances?

hey everyone, after following the acceptance/denial threads for the schools to which I applied, I have come to wonder: Which state schools limit the % of out-of-state acceptances? I believe I read that Texas caps out-of-state around 35%, but do schools like UCLA do this as well? Thanks for any responses.

It's not really a school determined thing. Some state legislatures require a certain percentage of admits from in-state. A lot of states do this, not just TX and CA. You can find out with state-specific google searches, I'm sure.
