Hi, just wondering if the Recommenders know my LSAT score when they submit Recommendation Letters to the LSAC??

I really don't want them to know my scores but worried they would automatically know my credential informations such as GPA and LSAT score when they submit the recommendation letters for me. I didn't know how the system works, so..
Now i know i don't have to worry about it! Thanks again!

Sorry but i'm now really freak out because a friend of mine just kept telling me LSAC system will let the recommenders know my confidentials if i want them to be my recommenders.
is he just messing with me??

I told my professors my creds. Helped them write a good rec.

were you planning on lying to your recommenders about it? because i'd be careful about that - what if they mention your score in the LOR?

you're always free to just not tell them. i don't think either of my recommenders know the exact number, but they both know me well enough to know where i'm applying, and i think that gives them an idea.

I definitely won't lie to them. But I also don't want them to know. i simply not going to mention to them my scores.

They won't receive your numbers from LSAC. I 100% guarantee it. I'm very close with all of my recommenders, the only contact they receive is an email stating that their letter had been received and processed.

And, while it's none of my business, it does seem a bit worrisome that you wouldn't want them to know your scores. It's all personal preference, but I gave my recommenders everything from my application packet. Personal statement, GPA, LSAT, resume...
