After a 12 point jump on my LSAT with no particular reason or explanation, I was given advice earlier that I should just let the numbers do the talking and avoid an addendum.

for those who replied and said that i should try for certain schools......hows this?

In December 2008 I took the LSAT and did not perform as well as I knew I was capable of performing. I would like to request that my December 2009 LSAT be considered as a more accurate indication of my current potential as a law student.

I *think* schools are allowed to report the highest score only now. They can still see the other score, and might consider it. If you want to include an add asking them to treat it as an anomaly, you'll need to provide a reason for the request.

You don't have an explanation. Don't include an addendum.
