I just checked my W&M status checker and it reads:

"Decision Pending"
Decision Status Date - 1-8-2010

Does that mean that a decision has been mad or its still under review.

If that means it has been made, then I got waitlisted or rejected since I read that other people's status checkers read, "Congratulation, Acceptance letter sent" right?

It's a silent waitlist, as discussed in the main WM thread. They are yet to reject anyone.

And my opinion of the decision pending status is more of a hold, meaning they looked at it and will look at it again before they decide.
