Honestly, if you have the time, I'd wait until next year.
First of all, not every school takes the Feb. test -- you should check the ones on your list. Second, if you don't fare as well as you hope on the Feb. test, you'd get the benefit of applying early (which at some schools is considerable). Third, this late in the game you often need higher numbers than if applying in, say, October.
