Anyone Have a Mock Updated Transcript LOCI/Addendum?

Hey guys and gals, I just finished my first semester in grad school at Georgetown. I earned a 3.7 this semester, which is much, MUCH better than my undergraduate GPA. I wanted to highlight this upward trend even though I heard law schools don't really look that hard at grad school GPAs. Anyways, does anyone have a mock addendum that highlights their updated transcript (or just advice on what to write)? Thanks!
