Certification letter problem Forum

I seem to be having a problem printing off the certification letter that a few different schools require in addition to the online application. For some reason it will not print. I hit the print icon on the top of letter and nothing happens. I also have tried printing the current frame and only my name appears without any of the other information. I'm not very computer savvy, but has anyone else had this issue? I'm on a mac if this makes a difference.

I had this problem too using preview on mac. You need to open the file in Adobe Acrobat

After you hit the print button in the top left, it downloads instead of printing (very annoying). Check you downloads folder. When you open the file, the print function should automatically come up.
