A month seems like an awfully long time. Did your referees fax or snail mail? FWIW, one mine faxed it on Dec. 23rd, and it was uploaded the next day.

I would do this ^^^^.
If they don't have a copy of your signed LOR form you could always just print out a new one to give to them. Or sign it, scan it, and email it to them as a PDF file if they are not nearby.
