Mail or Email Additional Documents?

So I'm sending a copy of my previous standardized test scores as proof that standardized tests scores are not representative of my academic performance. I just received an official copy of the scores but I've already submitted my apps. I want the admissions offices to attach this copy to the LSAT addendum I submitted with my apps. Is it better to mail or email?? (I'm applying to most schools in the T20)

Call schools and ask which they prefer. Some schools will be fine with an email but others may require it to be sent as a hard copy. The only way to know is to ask :)
