Applying Advice (3.3, 166)

I know I'm a little late but I am getting ready to apply in the next week and just want to clarify my list, so any advice on schools to add or take off is much appreciated! I have a 3.3 and a 166 LSAT score. Also, do you think my chances have been significantly hurt by waiting till now to apply? I am a white male and will be graduating from an elite university in the spring.
