Does anyone have a straight answer? LSDAS and foreign grades

Okay, so I emailed LSAC and asked, and they flat out didn't answer (they answered a separate question I had about my dual enrollment institution's name changing, and completely ignored the rest of my question). So I thought I'd ask here.
Does anyone know exactly how foreign grades are reported? Are they converted to a GPA? Is it evaluated and then reported as 'average' 'above average', etc? I've heard the latter but I don't know. I'm a US citizen and did HS in the US, but have done my entire undergraduate degree in the UK.
Secondly, I did dual enrollment in HS. Will they actually report my LSAC GPA as JUST my dual enrollment GPA? (Not good).
I've been trying to find these things out for a while. LSAC isn't helping. I'm hoping to get some kind of response before I get a smack in the face with something like a 2.5 LSAC GPA even though I'll be graduating with a first class honours Scottish MA.
