I am being asked to supply court records for prior criminal incidents and do not readily have them on hand. Any thoughts on sending the application in and supplying the documents once I receive them?

Wait, who asks for this and how did they ask for it?

Tulsa and Stetson both asked to provide supporting documentation from the clerk that shows the charges and result of the cases.

I don't think it is normal practice, however I know some (I believe either BU or BC) mention they MAY ask for court documentation.

It's not normal but not uncommon. Some schools ask for it upfront, other say they might ask.

Is this after acceptance? Make the request with the court, note the time frame the clerk gives you, and call the school and tell them what it is. Most schools that want this stuff should understand that it can take a while to get the records and that in some cases you can't get it at all. They should understand.

Even though they may say they require it, it also depends on what the charges were.
The admission people at UConn said it was not needed for traffic violations.

That's because traffic violations aren't criminal offenses. Very few schools want to hear you babble on about non-criminal violations. I think the OP is dealing with an actual criminal record.

Yes, they are.
It depends on the state, and here, they are.
