I haven't seen one school ask for parking tickets so I wouldn't worry about those but disclose ANY moving violation or other law-breaking.

It may be overkill but i disclosed a warning for vandalism when I was 10. I don't know if it went of my record or not but i figure it's not worth the risk by not disclosing...

I've gotten a ticket for running a red light before and I clicked "No"

Minor traffic violations are a crime, but they aren't criminal, correct?

Check the laws for the state in which the incident occurred. It's a crime if the state considers it a crime.

I've got a barely related question that I figure I'll ask here rather than posting another C&F thread:

I heard from a highly unauthoritative source that some schools will notify if you disclose something that they think is minor and shouldn't keep you out of law school but that nonetheless might raise eyebrows at the bar. Does anyone know of particular schools that do this? Seems like a good policy.

How so? They're basically giving you fair warning that something might be an issue down the line and you might want to consider that.

Perhaps because they shouldn't entice you to come to school if you won't be able to practice?

But I think it's a good policy - with the info you can ask the bar in the jurisdiction in which you want to practice about how the disclosed infraction would affect admittance.
