Top Law Schools

I am waiting on a LOR that will be done on or around the 16th of this month. I'm hoping it will be done by this date so I can send it directly to LSAC and then send out all applications (most of which that have a deadline of February 1st).

Should I risk sending out applications so close to the deadline? Or does it not matter when it's sent so long as it is before that deadline. I was originally gonna send out everything by the 10th.

you need 3 LORs?

I don't need it, but want to send out the best package possible.

I have 2 academic LORs ready to go, the third is from my job because the guy asked for more time. (Didn't know if he had time around holidays)

I'd send your applications now... academic LORs are more important that professional ones, and you can always update your applications when the 3rd LOR gets processed. You're getting to the point in the cycle where waiting any longer could negatively influence your admissions outcomes.
