Top Law Schools

I'm applying in a few days to all schools. My boss already wrote an LOR for me and it was sent in to LSDAS and processed weeks ago. I didn't waive my right to see the letter, but I basically know what's in it, and, though it's all right, it doesn't really distinguish me. I know he could write a much better LOR and wouldn't mind doing so, but I'm wondering if it is possible, and advisable, to send in an LOR to replace the one that's already there.

Help???

Honestly, my impression is the LORs have a very minimal impact anyway...waiting seems like it would probably be worse.
