Personal Statement Swap - Looking for harsh critique

Would anyone be interested in swapping personal statements? I just finished my first draft and would really appreciate feedback about topic, structure, etc. At this point, I am not too worried about grammar and/or mechanics, and I'm looking mainly for feedback about the content itself! I would be happy to proofread and edit personal statements of anyone willing to swap! Thanks
