Hi everyone. I just finished my first draft of my personal statement and I'm worried I may come across as whiny... broadly, it's about challenges I overcame at work.
Let me know if you're interested in offering honest and constructive feedback. I'm open to swap as well

I've decided to post it for a little bit but I am weirdly paranoid (unfounded?) about having something so personal up! But since you all give really helpful advice on other forums, I'm going for it. Thanks in advance.
