For the PS is 1inch x 1 inch necessary for margins? I am considering 1inch x 0.75 inch because I can fit everything in 11pt on two pages. Do you think this is ok?

Even if they don't, the people reading the statement can tell when you use those cheats. Just write better. Cut some material, and you'll end up with a statement that's the right length.
