Could you please critique my LOCI?

I was waitlisted in mid-Feb and have seen no movement since. It seems likely that I've been YP'd - I got into a number of equally or higher ranked schools. I have reasons for wanting to attend this one, however - it is the best school in a city where I have a lot of family and person stake. However, I don't want to come off as overbearing in how much I'd like to practice in this city. Please critique?
