Which works better for PS? Achievement or ideological transformation

I see the prompts for some schools encourage to write about achievements while some others are open to any forms of PS
Right now I have two PSs, neither of which is in any way related to law.
One is about achievement, leadership, problem solving, teamwork
Another is on thinking process, how my ideology has evolved.
Does anyone have any suggestions on which I should use? Thanks
