Top Law Schools

Hey everyone,

I have been struggling to come up with a theme / topic for my personal statement. I have been out of college for a couple of years and now am applying to law school. I have always wanted to pursue a law degree but wanted to get some work experience first before applying to law school.

I currently work for my state government doing communications and marketing work. I have also interned for a public defender agency and C-SPAN in Washington, D.C. In college I did a lot of volunteer work and was heavily involved with student organizations with many leadership positions.

I love politics and want to get a law degree to further my legal education and to continue working for the government. I think I want to focus my personal statement around a "public service" theme but do not know how to structure it / organize it.

I would love to get some outside input and can give more information about myself if anyone is interested. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post something like this.
