Personalizing for each school??

Would you recommend personalizing each statement to include why you're applying to school X specifically? My PS is 2 pages now, but I'm thinking of personalizing it for the schools that allow more than 2 pages. I dont want to sound like a suck up.

Generally, I wouldn't unless you have some kind of incredible reason to want to go there. For example, you used to be an educator, want to practice education law, and they're the only school that has an education law clinic. Don't write a disingenuous why statement.

This. Make it a concrete and specific reason for wanting to attend, not just that it's a great school or whatever.
