Both sound fine. It's how you tell those stories that matter. Pick whichever one forces you to bs less.

I agree w/ the poster above. Go with whatever you're most comfortable with.

To me, the second topic sounds inherently more interesting.

They both seem very workable but the second might be more individualized.
