Crossing content in different essays

There are aspects of my life that I wish to reflect in my law school application essays but am unsure as to whether it would be better to package them in one essay or spread them across a diversity statement, personal statement, and addendum for example. Some of those aspects are an upward trend in grades (which resulted from choosing a course of study I was intrigued by and not having to work full time), geographical separation from a sibling due to immigration and international law, and being the oldest child of immigrant parents. If I mention the improvement in academics in a personal statement, would it be best to exclude a GPA addendum? or would the GPA addendum be more effective in communicating the improvement? If in the personal statement I make mention of being the child of immigrants, would it be best then to exclude a potential diversity statement focused on that topic?

Thanks in advance.

Your difficulty is caused by the lack of a well defined theme for your PS.
