It is comforting to read about your relationship with your father. Unfortunately, your writing raises the question of whether or not you will still continue to make great decisions without his physical presence in your life. This proposed personal statement might be more effective as a law school PS if you analyzed the relationship a bit more and offered some insights as to your need for his support or as to your growth as a result of his unfailing confidence in your decision making. In short, more reflection and analysis leading to conclusions and/or further questions rather than just reciting facts about the relationship.
