If it doesn't have anything to do with the Stanford Law School you'll be fine I think. Mention the name as you introduce it, but if you refer to further on in your essay address it without the full title. It probably won't matter but it might be better if the word Stanford isn't in there 10 times, just to ward off a prejudgement from someone that quickly glances over it.
