LSAT Addendum for 15 points?

Need a little bit of help deciding on an lsat addendum, I've taken 4 times but my 1st and 4th take is a 15 point increase. Based on reading dean's interviews and the wisdom here I'm not sure what to do. I wasn't prepared when I first time I sat for the test, unfortunately that's all there was to it. Is this worth mentioning or let the increase speak for itself?

Is your final score in HYS territory? If not, I would not worry about trying to explain it. A lack of explanation will say what you would otherwise say in words (you just better prepared).
