Do you have anything better to do besides troll forums in the middle of the day?

Do it. Maybe even start out with it. Live the dream.

because it seems like an honest attempt to tie it in with your statement, perhaps it wouldn't be cringeworthy, as suggested above.

im no expert on statements, need to rewrite my own, but if it truly can relate to your statement, might not hurt to draft it up and see how it sounds.

Fuck you kid, don't be corny is rule #1 of personal statements. Your idea is guaranteed to make the adcomms throw up in their mouth.

I can tell that from your wonderful and positive username; well-chosen, LSATcreamer!

Come on, now, Mc. I used my school's motto for my undergraduate personal statement and it was a hit!

Did I strike a nerve? Learn some respect little guy. Perhaps you should have your kindergarden teachers explain the meaning of manners to you before you come back to these law school forums.

I hope you barely get accepted to GULC, attend, strikeout, and die in debt.

Thy comment wounds me deeply.

Don't forget, McAvoy, therapists are always at your disposal to help you deal with chronic insecurities.

Have a fantastic Appliction cycle! :D

Even with a 3.2 you can still get into the mid and lower t14s! Just study hard for the LSAT and your dreams will materialize 8)

If you're going to stick around at least learn how to embed your memes.

But for real, don't get your hopes up (fine for you to ignore the advice now, but don't ignore it when you get to your choosing thread): according to mylsn, the people who got accepted last cycle to GTTTown w/ 3.2-3.3 and >175 almost uniformly got scholarships that covered less than half of one year's tuition payments. That (a lot) >200K in debt at graduation. About 40% of grads will get biglaw or fedclerk, and >50% of those people will have left biglaw after two years (and thus have significantly reduced salaries). GL w/ that.

It's a lot easier to adjust your expectations on the way into the cycle than on the way out; your time is better spent right now studying for a retake in December than worrying about a (stupid) PS to a school that is going to make you insolvent, in the best case scenario.

Did you mean LST for the big law/fed clerk numbers?

You were the one who was aggressive in response to my (legitimate) advice, 0L. Everyone else ITT was making fun of you but that surf dude

LST: BL+Fed
MYLSN: Scholarship Graph

Georgetown can make sense in some situations, but their extreme stinginess w/ scholarships make those situations very few and far between. As a splitter, there are almost no scenarios where it is going to be a good option (unless you have a pile of money to set on fire)

really you're fully prepared to take 250K in debt for meager job prospects? seems reasonable.

We would need to know your full situation to give you better advice; this is not the forum for that though. Make a thread in "choosing a law school"

it's nbd deal dude don't shit personally on tls
