Google form for PS feedback

Hey guys, first time poster here.

I thought I would share this because I didn't see it anywhere on the forum. I made a Google form to send along with my personal statement to various readers. What I found is that I could get a lot of good feedback really quickly.

It's less effective at getting copy editing help, but it is really nice to compile info on quality of content and overall opinions of the PS.

I also found that a lot of the busy professors/professionals I had look at it, really seemed to respond well to having a form they could complete in about ten minutes rather than returning a marked up copy. I've gotten a lot of good stuff to incorporate into my next draft.
