Looks good. Personally I'm curious about why you were found not-responsible, but unless there's a great reason you were actually not responsible I wouldn't go into further detail about it. If you were let off on a technicality or something, this is all you need.

That said, you switch between 'accountable' and 'responsible' in the explanation. Use whatever the formal adjudication was.
