LOCI---is this sentence clear enough?

I'm sending a LOCI to my top choice, where I've been wait listed. It's the only law school in the city A, but I'm still not sure if I'm clear enough here when saying that I'll attend if accepted.

Does the sentence below make it unambiguous that I'd attend if accepted?

"School A is by far my top choice, and if I am offered a spot I assure you that I will see you in city A this fall."

This place has the most neurotic people ever. Yes, OP, it's clear.
