I received an excellent LOR from a professor I've had for 3 semesters. The dude was super detailed, and was spot on. Super stoked about it.

He's got a PhD but kind of made 2 grammatical errors.
Worth telling him about? He was kind enough to send me the letter for my approval and asked if anything else needed change. He will submit it at the end of this semester since I'm taking one more class with him.

I figure if his title has PhD they won't care...but anyways thought I'd ask all you guys. Thanks

Personally if I wrote that bitch for you and you pointed out a grammatical error (not just a stupid typo), you'd get put on my shitlist. That's just me though.

Nah it's not worth letting him know about. I had a letter from a prof that was a non-native speaker and was consequently riddled with weird sentence construction, and also had some grammar mistakes. He also gave it to me to approve and I didn't point any of them out. In general no one is going to hold you accountable for mistakes that your recommenders make.
