Top Law Schools

Would anyone be willing to look at my GPA addendum? I'm having second thoughts about submitting it to the remaining schools I haven't applied to yet. I have two concerns. First I am worried that combined with my PS, it might seem as though I am looking for pity (or at least when its read back to back). Second, part of it discusses a medical issue and how it affected me but I am afraid that mentioning this would make it seem as though I am at risk of repeating a similar pattern in law school as the issue is ongoing. I did add a paragraph to describe the changes I've made to improve my situation, but I would like feedback on whether that part is successful or not.
