Also, two questions:

Do I need a title?

Is there anything I need to put as a heading such as my name, etc.?

Thank you again.

I think it's a very safe and expected PS, but I'm sure you know that writing all about your philosophy major isn't exactly revolutionary in the world of law school statements.

Anyway, I think you just need to edit a bit more to make sure you're coming across positively. For instance, I wouldn't say that you just did philosophy as a means to an end. Even if true, that doesn't mean you need to come right out and say it. Also, please don't say that you "crushed" your debate. This isn't a text message to your bffl - it's a law school personal statement.

Finally, the following sentence was particularly off-putting: My particular skillset indubitably has prepared me to execute these tasks effectively.

Don't come out and say this...show it through examples where you employed your skills.

Obviously my advice is just my 0L opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. Good luck!

Thanks a lot, I appreciate it. Removed the "crushed it", completely agree with you. I also removed "indubitably", because I think that statement still works without it due to the examples listed in the body. Thanks again, and good luck to you as well.

Sure thing - and the credited response to the title is not to include one. Just add a header that says "Your Name - Personal Statement L12345678"
