After receiving my score of 162 on the June 2013 LSAT, I decided to retake the exam in October and dedicated the next few months to rigorous study. However, on the day prior to the October 2013 LSAT, I began exhibiting symptoms of indigestion that I attributed to a meal I had eaten that day. However, on the day of the exam, my symptoms persisted and intensified, and afterwards I learned that I had contracted a stomach flu which would eventually persist for a week. I implore the admissions committee to view my June LSAT as a more accurate assessment of my abilities.
It was such a big drop I felt like I needed to address it. Opinion? My second score was a 153 after all.

That's a pretty big drop, so it might be in your interest to use an LSAT Addendum.
My recommendations would be to just focus on the day of and stating that it was found to be the stomach flu. The fluff before that part make the whole sound thing sound like a bunch of unnecessary excuses.
