Its going to be tough to say either way. C+F stuff is handled on a case by case basis. Your disclosures are small, but there are several of them, and while I don't think lower T14 would ALL care, the smaller sample of schools and the ability they have to be selective does worry me. The only think you can do is craft short, meaningful addenda, and see what happens. Essentially, my answer is I have no idea, and I suspect no one else will either.

How far out of college are you?

I just graduated this past spring and will be applying this cycle. So I will be over a year out of college by the time law school begins.

It's tough to say whether these things will be enough to remove your chances at HYS. They are pretty minor in nature and I doubt it would make a huge difference, but the reality is that when you're talking about HYS level of competition, it might be a tiebreaker. If your numbers are on par with HYS and everything else is HYS-quality (PS, resume, etc.), then all you can do is pray they don't use it as a tiebreaker against another candidate with similar numbers. All I'd say is make sure you're upfront with everything, provide ample documentation of everything that happened in your past, own up to everything as your fault (in reading your descriptions, you sound slightly devoid of real contrition when you say things like "before it was decriminalized" and "before I ever drank") and provide evidence in your addenda that show you've grown from these events and learned from them. It won't make them go away, but maybe it'll be enough to allow the ADCOM to ignore them.

These seem very minor. Just disclose them all and see what happens. Don't put anything about that you could have fought it but chose not to do so. Just say what happened.

You might try to find out about the first one. If you did court ordered therapy and community service there had to be some kind of formal outcome. Just so you know exactly what happened and how to describe it. You will also need this information for bar applications.
