Top Law Schools

Several years ago, I founded a nonprofit org teaching music to disadvantaged kids. I would like to write about it in my diversity statement, but I'm having trouble finding an angle. Should I focus on personal accomplishments or the deeper issues of musical illiteracy that I discovered among the most talented kids?

If I focus on accomplishments, it gives me another page to expose myself to adcomms.

If I discuss illiteracy, I can explore cultural issues deeper than music that can express diversity.
