Without a doubt, choose number 2.
Number 1 is more appropriate for an addendum. It's never a good idea to dwell on your weaknesses in your PS. No matter how you spin it, adcomms will be wary of someone with a learning disability because law school is possibly the most rigorous learning environment there is.

I agree with everything here.
I would even try to downplay Number 1 if in an addendum (and I wouldn't recommend combining) to make it look like something you've overcome and will not be an issue moving forward.
