GPA addendum needed for 3.47 cumulative with slight upward trend, applying to bottom half of t14?

Don't include a GPA addendum unless you have a real excuse like a medical condition.

The upward trend is b/c I used to be pre-med, so I was kind of wondering if I need to explain the switch.

unless the trend is from consistently getting 2-2.5 followed by suddenly 3.5-4.0 consistently, the answer is no
