Law schools typically go gaga for military so go that route. Leave everything else out lest it be too confusing and start sounding like a resume. Pick a specific experience in the military that illustrates you helping people, taking leadership role, etc. Let the rest be on your resume.
Student council is work. Also, you could put number 5 as a DS but that's pretty generic (imagine how many respecting other cultures essays adcoms get each year)
