Here is one addendum for my arrest record, please give me some advice:
On 2010,Aug,**, I was arrested at ***county,FL for' leaving the accident scene' (2nd degree misdemeanor ) and 'careless driving '(civil charge). I was not driving under influence and there was no alcohol or drugs involved . Also there was nobody injury or dead from that accident.
On 2010, Nov,**, I went to court and they reduced the charge to 'fail to report an accident' (non-criminal, traffic violation). I didn't be sentenced to any jail time or community service, my driver license was not revoked or suspended, there was no point deducted on my driver license. All I needed to do were taking a 4hr online basic driving skills class and paying 200$ fine.
When that accident happened, I was new to this country and just got my first car. Unfamiliar with the local traffic law and regulation made me have the wrong decision. I take full responsibility for these charges/convictions. I have matured greatly over the past two years and I have kept a clean driving record since. I hope my academic and work accomplishments during this period demonstrate my commitment to both my education and future .
Is this addendum ok and how much this arrest record will hurt my admission.

A few things - I don't think you need specific dates. Just say, in 2010 I was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and for careless driving. These charges were later reduced to failing to report an accident. (side note - it sounds like you were the only one involved, and I would make that distinction in your addendum). I paid a fine and took a driving course, and I've had a clean driving record since this incident.
This should have little to no affect on your application, but I'm not an admissions officer, just an opinion.

Oh and 2 weeks later after the court I went to my immigration interview, the immigration officers asked me about this case, I told them everything and they still granted me green card. Should I mention this in the addendum too?

Thanks for the advice, but do I need to address the detail, like I was not driving under influence, and my DL was not suspended.

It won't have any effect on the admissions process. You do need to have someone look at your grammar usage, though.

Yes, have someone check for grammar before submitting. I think it would be fine to leave in the sentence about alcohol not being involved since that rules out a reason for you leaving the scene.
As for immigration - I would leave that out. And definitely do not say you were driving while unfamiliar with US traffic laws. (This advice may be a little silly since this is done all the time, and mostly by Americans).
