Top Law Schools

I have notices that numerous law schools tell us to write a "brief" PS. Can anyone tell me, in their experiences, how long "brief" should be?

I think keeping it within 2 pages is a general rule of thumb.

A common page limit is two pages so, in my opinion, a "brief PS" should be just one page.
