I also have a sister with epilepsy, but not nearly as compelling a story to tell about it. I think the Why law portion at the end gets a little impersonal and preachy for a personal statement. Capitalize on the strong personal anecdotes to talk only briefly about the problems faced in the industry and use the rest of it to discuss the passion you have for solving them tying it back to people like your brother and family. You are definitely on track it just becomes a bit involved at the end.
