Haha, I was going for more of the "hey here's something about me that doesn't come through in the rest of my app angle," rather than the "this is why i want to be X" angle, but point well taken, thanks.

Normally I don't push the 'why law' theme on people, but I think this is a case where reader is left thinking, 'that was pretty cool. Why does he want to study law, not math?'

Maybe write the end to express something like "law is another pure language that I would like to learn" or something?

That actually just gave me an idea of how I might be able to tie it together. Thanks very much.

Anybody else's input is more than welcome, though.
