PS Idea that I have

Ok so this idea is completely out of left field, but it's very entertaining and interesting.. check it out... I just watched a youtube video of a zerbra escaping the jaws of a lion with the video titled "Never Give Up" ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx796zSg5gs)... while the normal person might view this video relevant to the title, I didn't. I noticed that the lion had made mistakes in trying to catch his prey and such mistakes shouldn't be made when dealing with life or death decisions. Now that lion may go another day without food and can possibly die because he didn't want it bad enough..he let a zerba step on him and waltz away. He took a passive approach and in life, nothing just comes to you(such as that lion just "expected" the zebra to succumb to him). You gotta fight at it, claw at it, and give it everything you have in order to get what you want.
This is most likely not going to be my subject of choice.. I'm brain storming, but I just think it would keep the reader very interested. If I were to write this I would be worried that the reader would mistaken my analogy on the subject of will for the subject of being an asinine lawyer who takes advantage of weak people because that would NOT be true.
