Typos?

Post by ccmbr006 » Thu Dec 01, 2011 8:52 pm

I submitted a Texas application, and I noticed later that there are two typos each in my LSAT and GPA addenda. Should I send in corrected addenda? The typos were 2 very minor things and in the GPA addendum, I named the wrong semester (Fall rather than Spring) at one point, and in the LSAT addendum, I accidentally put my graduation date as 2011, rather than 2010. Suggestions?

Leave it. On the off chance that they don't catch on it won't hurt you, but if you draw attention to the mistake there's 0% chance of that.

They have all your info and can cross-check correct it if need be.

I'm pretty sure that they'll notice it, and I think my numbers are good for UT, so I doubt they'd reject me over having a typo being brought to their attention. Would it not be good to submit a corrected one to look like I care?

And yes, I realize that if I were concerned with looking like I care, I should've caught the typo first go-around.
